Frequently Asked Questions

Online Sales - You can purchase using a credit or debit card using our secure online shop. Simply add the products you require to your cart, enter your details and submit your order. You will be transferred to the Global Payments Secure web site where you enter your card details. Global Payments handles the card processing and at no point do Liquid Technologies see your card details. When we receive confirmation of payment from Global Payments, an email containing your license key details is automatically emailed to you.

Corporate Sales - If you are interested in purchasing large volumes of licenses or have a purchase order please contact our Sales Team.

Resellers - Sometimes it may be more convenient to use a local reseller or one of our global Reseller Partners. For more information, please contact our Sales Team.

Please Note: We DO NOT accept payment by Cheque (Check).

Value Added Tax (VAT)

If you are based in the UK:

You will be charged in £ (GBP) and Tax at the current UK rate will be added to all purchases invoiced to the UK.

If you are based in the EU:

You will be charged in € (EURO) and No Tax will be added to purchases made within the EU if you provide your companies valid EU Tax code at the time of purchase. If you are not a company or do not have a valid company EU Tax code, please purchase from a local reseller.

If you are based outside the EU:

You will be charged in $ (USD) and No Tax will be added to purchases invoiced outside of the EU.

A VAT Receipt will be sent via E-Mail shortly after you have made the purchase.

Electronic Software Distribution (ESD)

All of our software is download only. This means no media, printed documentation or boxed product is sent out. Therefore there are no shipping costs.

Upgrade Support Protection Plan (USPP)

All licenses are perpetual and therefore never expire, and include a 1 year Upgrade Support Protection Plan (USPP) from the date of purchase.

Extending your USPP enables you to lower the total cost of ownership of our products over time by providing free upgrades and priority support via our Ticket System for the duration of the plan.

If your USPP has lapsed, you still have access to our online community resources and knowledge base.

You may optionally purchase an Upgrade Support Protection Plan (USPP) extension charged at 20% per annum (or 17% for 3+ years).

If your USPP lapses, product upgrades are then charged at 75% of the purchase price. We therefore highly recommend renewing USPP within 30 days of your annual renewal date.

If you have valid USPP, you can extend support for existing licenses from the My Licenses section of your profile. Scroll down the page to find the license you wish to extend and click 'Add to Cart'.

If you do not have valid USPP, please contact our Sales Team.

License Keys are emailed out, usually within 24 hours, to the email address on the logged in user account making the purchase.

You can also see the license keys from the My Licenses section of your profile.

After you make a purchase, you can see the downloads available from the My Downloads section of your profile.

After you make a purchase, you can see the order details from the My Orders section of your profile.

Sometimes you may need to make a purchase for another person in your organization or an external organization if you are a reseller.

  1. If this is the case, please always use your own account to make the purchase so that the order is associated with you.
  2. Add the items to your Shopping Cart, and click 'Checkout', please ensure you enter the End User's Company Name in the Shopping Cart's 'Registration Name' field, and continue to the payment screens to make the purchase.
  3. You will then receive a license key email, and a payment receipt email and all future order related correspondence to the email address on your account.
  4. Please ask your end user to create an account on our system.
  5. Email the End User's email address to our Sales Team requesting the license details are linked to the new End User's account.

This way, all order related payment details are visible to you, whilst the end user gets to see only the license details and also has the correct download rights.

Currently we only accept payments by AMEX in £ British Pounds (GBP).

If you are seeing prices in $ USD or € EURO and wish to use AMEX then you must check the option on the 'Make Payment' screen of the check out process to 'Pay By American Express (AMEX)':

This will change your currency to £ GBP and the conversion to your currency will be done by AMEX.
