Manual Deactivation

This form allows you to deactivate a license on a specific computer.

Deactivating a license allows it to be moved to another computer, failure to properly deactivate it will result in the lose of the license, and require manual intervention from the Liquid Technologies support team.

You will only be requested to deactivate your license via the web if the application can not make a direct connection to the internet. This sometimes happens when firewall's or proxy servers are in use (typically within a company environment). Before you can use this page you will need a deactivation request. The application will provide this when a license is deactivated or the application is uninstalled. The request window looks like the one pictured below.
