The local Variables Tool Window is only shown when the debugger is in the running or paused state. It shows the local variables within the selected Stack Frame. The type of variables shown in the window are dependant up on the currently selected debugger, but items can be expanded and drilled into depending on there type.

Right clicking on a variables allows its value or name to be copied to the clipboard.
