Deploying to Windows 98 SE

Description
You may receive a 'failed to create object' error when deploying to Windows 98 SE.

The Problem
The Visual Basic Runtime Libraries require msxml4.dll to be installed on the target machine. By default, Windows 98 SE does not have this installed.

The Solution
Download and install the MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services). You can get this install from the Microsoft website
