    Allows the formatting of xs:decimal to be overridden.

    Remarks
    By Default a decimal value is formatted as follows double value = ... string strValue = value.ToString(null, CultureInfo.InvariantCulture); This property allows a format string to be provided double value = ... string strValue = value.ToString(DecimalFormatOverride, CultureInfo.InvariantCulture);
