    Parameters

    xsdDateTime
    The string to be parsed
    result
    The resulting LxDateTime object (if true is returned)
    ex
    The System.Exception describing the error is the string could not be parsed (and false was returned)

    Return Value

    true if the string was successfully parsed into a LxDateTime, false if an error occurred.
