Liquid Large File Editor is designed for opening and editing very large files, it has no problem with Gigabyte files and should even works fine on Terabyte TB files! As the editor only reads the area of the file that is being displayed, it is capable of working on TB files just as quickly as it would a MB file. It is also capable of working with files that contain very long lines, unformatted XML is typically output on a single line, which can be several MB long.

The Editor is FREE and is installed as part of the Liquid Studio.
